Designed for fun while developing physical literacy.
From Barbell to cardio we will develop your child at a speed relevant to them, making sure they have an amazing time along the way.
Every child can do the programme regardless of skill or experience.
The workouts are scaled to them, to enable them as individuals to work through the progressions required to complete the exercise.
Mum Strong
The Mum Strong classes are specifically designed for new mums getting back to the gym and is designed to help you transition back to normal classes in 6 to 10 weeks.
Before joining you must have passes your 6 week checkup with your doctor.
Yes you can bring your baby with you.
Over 55's Strength & Fitness
Building a Strong Community
Our Fit For Life (Over 55’s) classes are specifically designed to incorporate exercises that will improve bone density and muscle strength in key areas to reduce the likelihood of day to day injuries. All exercises can be scaled or adapted to individuals of all levels.
