Getting Fit & Strong is the Goal
Our Performance program includes
Energy - Our conditioning classes will push you beyond your comfort zones and reach new levels of fitness. This is a functional, full body conditioning (cardio) blast. Broken into short bursts (20seconds to 3minutes) you will need to work hard and FAST.
Drive - Similar to Energy, Drive is a full body conditioning session but here we go a little heavier and longer. Utilizing movements often seen in CrossFit here you will work hard and push to get one more rep.
Strong - Is all about functional Strength, utilizing compound lifts odd implements, Strongman movements and accessories to develop all-round functional strength.
Warrior - Is our Big Saturday session, testing your endurance and resilience.

Our Performance program includes
WOD - Our Constantly varied functional fitness program that includes, Weightlifting, Gymnastics, Functional movements, Conditioning and Strength. (Crossfit)
Barbell - Our Barbell Program is all about getting Strong and technically better at the main compound lifts (Squat, Bench & Deadlift).
Olympic Weightlifting - Our Weightlifting program dedicates one day to the Clean & Jerk, one day to Snatch and One day where we put it all together.
Open Gym - The programming for all our Performance classes are available on Wodify and Trainheroic Apps meaning if you miss a class you can come in and do the workout in your own time or just do your own thing.
WOD
Our WOD program is based on the competitive sport of Crossfit and includes constantly varied functional movements like, Weightlifting, Gymnastics, Functional movements as well as Conditioning and Strength.
All with lots of fun....
Olympic Lifting
Olympic Weightlifting - Our Weightlifting program every Wednesday, Friday and Sunday is designed to integrate with our Barbell and Strong Classes OR WOD Classes
One day a week is dedicated to the Clean & Jerk.
One day to Snatch.
Finally on Sundays we put it all together and include more bar cycling.
Barbell
Barbell is all about getting stronger and technically better at the main compound lifts (Squat, Bench & Deadlift).
On Mondays we Max out on the lower body
Wednesday is all about upped body strength.
